Meet Claire,Head of Operations,CJPS.

With over 20 years of experience in the clinical skincare and beauty industry,

Claire brings a wealth of knowledge of the cosmetic surgery sector to her role at Cormac Joyce Plastic Surgery.

Claire established and ran her own business for over 10 years ,is a skilled trainer and practitioner and a respected and well known senior advisor to the industry.

Claire joined the team in 2022 and is playing a pivotal role in establishing a bespoke aftercare programme for our patients,leveraging cutting edge technological advancements with a view to transforming the way aftercare is delivered in Ireland. Her objective is to build personalised care solutions for both our national and international patients. In addition to providing preoperative and postoperative support and trusted advice, Claire is an empathetic, compassionate and knowledgeable subject matter expert and is gifted in ensuring that each patient has a positive experience and a successful outcome on their journey with us.

Meet ​Michelle! She is an experienced Clinic Director with over 10 years in the industry. Michelle has worked in a variety of medical specialties, covering all aspects of medical practice management in each. In her most recent role, she picked up a keen interest in marketing, so don’t be surprised if you see her behind the camera taking some promotional shots for our social media platforms! After joining the team in April 2023, Michelle has been able to quickly integrate into the dynamic practice that is Cormac Joyce Plastic Surgery. Originally from Australia, Michelle now calls Dublin home, so be sure to let her know your favourite ‘Dublin hidden gems’! We’re thrilled to have Michelle as part of the CJPS community.

Lana moved to Ireland in 2008 with a vast experience of office management and customer service gained in Russia and Lithuania. She has excelled in these competencies with more than a decade’s professional work in Ireland.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Law and several FETAC Qualifications Lana has also pursued her interest in holistic health and has completed Certificates in Mindfulness and Well being in addition to Advanced Psychology . When Lana isn’t studying academia, she has is a keen sports enthusiast especially GAA, gymnastics, dance, and sea swimming (braving the Irish Sea throughout the year regardless of our wintery conditions).

Lana is a natural born multitasker who enjoys giving personalized attention to clients. Lana’s ethos is to provide each client of with respect and empathy, in a warm professional manner. She has a very calm, caring and understanding nature, which can be seen within her job and outside as a GAA coach to children with special needs.
